The four-stars hotel under brand "Radisson SAS" will appear in structure of tourist complex "BUKOVEL". The group of companies "Glories - Invest" (Kiev) has won the tender on management of the civil-engineering design. Under forecasts of experts, the quantity of the international operators will increase only.

 

Project "Radisson SAS" includes construction on a site the general area of 29,575 thousand in m ² hotels (33 thousand in m ²) on 242 numbers. Altitude of hotel will make 4-6 floors. According to chairman of board of directors of group of Milan Paevich, the volume of investments into realization of the project will make EUR70-75 one million. For today it is mastered EUR4,5 one million. Investments into realization of the project go through the Austrian firm which name is not disclosed.

«Now there is spadework», - mister Paevich has added. On definition constructions the company plans to lead the tender in December 2008 - January, 2009. Term of delivery of hotel is planned for winter of 2010-2011. Company Rezidor Hotel Group operates network "Radisson SAS Hotels Resorts". This object will be the fifth in the Ukrainian portfolio. Now at us the company is submitted by two working hotels "Radisson SAS Hotel" in Kiev and "Radisson Resort Alushta" and two hotels which are in a stage of construction: "Radisson SAS Airport Hotel Kiev" and "Radisson Resort, Bolshaya Yalta". According to vice-president on hotel business VS Energy International of Oleg Bolotova (the managing company of a network of hotels Premier Hotels), the time of recovery of outlay of hotel with such number fund in the center of Kiev makes a minimum 9 years. « And in "BUKOVEL" is there can be and 10, and even 12 years.

They need to be defined how to fill in hotel in the summer. Because, if visitors will be only from October till March when the snow times of recovery of outlay can increase » lays, - mister Bolotov has added. It asserts, that volume of financing sufficient to construct hotel. « But still there will be an infrastructure certain.
